The Gospel is Good News
The gospel is the good news of what God has done in Jesus Christ to save people from their sin, brokenness, death, and judgement. It is good news about the finished substitutionary work of Jesus. It is good news we receive and believe that changes everything. While religion declares do, the gospel declares done. “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him (Jesus) whom He (God) has sent” (John 6:29).
